Troy took 2 xanax. Fell asleep within a half hour. Slept great but he doesnt want to keep taking it.
Trying 10% happier meditation. 5 minute meditation during day.
went on bike middle of day 45 minutes
Fell asleep a few minutes before a cat jumped on me watching TV near bedtime
